I'm a facilitator at heart - it's one of the first key skills I developed and refined throughout my journey.

I offer facilitation services across a wide range of subjects, including mental health, climate change, and research purposes (e.g. roundtables). My facilitation approach is centered on engaging participants, cultivating thoughtful discussions, and working towards meaningful outcomes.

In addition to my facilitation skills, I also specialize in curriculum development and delivery for social change projects. I take pride in creating educational materials and learning experiences that inspire and empower participants to drive positive impact.

For over a decade now, I've been working at the grassroots level, gaining invaluable experience and insights. Drawing on this deep well of knowledge, I now proudly serve as both a consultant and a lived experience advisor across a diverse range of projects.

My goal is to ensure that the projects I'm involved in truly reflect the needs, concerns, and aspirations of the people they're intended to serve.
